State Income Tax Return

I, of course, filed my state income taxes by mail on the last possible day. I always do this when I owe, but this year I only owed to the IRS and was expecting a small return from Illinois, which is the first time in years I was expecting a return on either my State or Federal Taxes. I still haven't gotten my return yet. Is anyone else still waiting? Is this length of time typical?
