And I swear, if we'd just get decent weather for a single weekend day, that I'd finally take down my Christmas lights. I swear! But the weather's just been awful every single weekend in January.

I put my Christmas lights up when it was nice and warm, and then took them down before the bottom fell out on the temperatures in January.

Seems like we always get some bitter cold during the winter in C-U, especially in January, but we've had less of it this year than we usually do.

Nobody is exactly certain what nubbins ARE (shouldn't they be covered whatever they are?) but it sure does sound cold if they are freezing off...
