We all know that my favorite county administrator Denny Inman could possibly be the only remaining human to consume Tab Cola (I believe there is still also an animal research lab conducting horrible experiments using Tab Cola and bunnies somewhere, but them and Denny, they're all thats left). Here's a Tab Cola commercial from the 70's that is so wrong on every level, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to share it with our IlliniPundit readers. Priceless.

I remember the Tab commercial from the 80's that had the hot chick walking down the beach, with the husband gawking, to be later smacked by his wife.  Apparently the "mind sticker" thing didn't work for the wife.

Sure, this is a light hearted post, but c'mon.

I guess when you lose the County Board, the State Senate race, the Chief, the right to smoke in bars, and everyone hates your President, there's not much left to do but dredge up old commercials to insult Tab drinkers.

I'm stunned I wasted the time to watch it, or to respond. Don't you people have anything better to do?

(BUT, that really isn't quite the one I remember - I picture a girl in a 1 piece, looking more like Bo Derek in "10", walking up the beach - but same exact theme - maybe I am remembering wrong or mixing it with a different commercial)
