Ed Vrdolyak - why am I not surprised?  Bill Cellini keeps getting mentioned, though I don't think he's ever been indicated for anything.  To be fair to him, it's not clear that he's personally done anything illegal - he's more like a power-broker who interacts with a lot of people and gets nice contracts from the state.
