The bloated farm bill passes with Y votes from Johnson, Lahood and Shimkus.
Illinois Republicans sticking to THEIR values - bring home the bacon for ADM and the farmers. The bloodbath in November for the GOP will not be just because people don't like conservatives.
FYI - Pence from Indiana voted N. Probably no farmers in his district, huh?
There is a difference between conservatives and Republicans. People surely don't like Republicans, I'll grant you that. However, they're still very much conservative. We haven't all started dressing in drag and singing show tunes yet.

MSNBC.com has video of a NBC news report about an increase in people using public transportation due to the high price of gasoline.
The ironic part is that the NBC reporter's name is, "Tom Costello".

Really, you should try a skirt sometime. They're ever-so-comfortable in the spring, with the breeze. And showtunes are good for you. They teach you to harmonize with other people, carrying on an oral tradition of storytelling in the process.
