Actually, I just watched the videos at the link and they are all about the 5th Amendment---from both a defense attorney's and an investigator's point of view.

Quite interesting...basically a short law seminar about the 5th Amendment. But, I kinda like that kinda thing.

Quite interesting...

That's what I thought about it, too.

Awesome advice. Great video. Man, that guy sure can talk fast.

Speed trap tasering.

Clean use of force. Officer was cleared, by the way. Only way it could have been cleaner is if he had reiterated that signing the ticket is not an admission of guilt.

Loved it. Thank You.

It's on the same page.  Just scroll down to the next video below.

Don't talk to the police if you are a criminal.

and everyone is a criminal.

this is bad advice.  Sometimes you save your ass by talking to the police.

How does it work if you're a potential witness, rather than a suspect?  Is it still a bad idea to talk to the police?  For example, what about a situation where somebody was sitting at a dock at Crystal Lake Park having a beer and they saw someone get stabbed?  Should they refuse to talk to the police because of the risk that they could get in trouble for an ordinance violation?
