It would be funnier if it were not so true.  Americans see their cars as their living space and carry on all kinds of activities that "distract" them from what they should be doing, driving.  I am not sure what the point of the video is supposed to be.  Do they think people should be allowed to hold their cell phones to their ears so they won't work on their laptops while driving?
