Wow, Tim Johnson smacked Bill Volk good.  And frankly, if the City and MTD got calls Monday night from him stating that he won't support it, that should have been made public by the City as well rather than a weasly statement that funding wasn't in place.  It looks like funding will never be in place.  And Bill Volk's explanation?  The project changed from park and ride to convenience for their riders.
