It was a case out of Florida (Jacksonville, I believe) from the late '60s-early '70s regarding two African-American guys who were in a car with two white girls. The guys were charged with something along the lines of "immoral living off the earnings of others". The justice who wrote the opinion obviously had a lot of fun writing about how this particular could be applied to those men down at the country club who had married very well and were living off of father-in-law's money.
