Go to page 14.

Run the property address through your favorite website ( mine is   http://www.co.champaign.il.us/ccao/assessor.htm   ) to determine ownership.

Not what I expected to see...

The delinquent taxes are PAYROLL taxes.  That has nothing to do with who owns the building their office is in.  Besides, the assessor's office does not tell you who owns a property.  Just who the tax bill is sent to.  In many cases that is a management company  or a tenant with a NNN lease.  In this case, the owner is Atkins but that doesn't mean he or his company is responsible for a tenant's back taxes.
